Belly Dance Classes in Orlando, FL

Angel teaches belly dance and Latin-belly dance fusion classes every other month, with sessions for beginners through advanced students. Classes are kept small (max 15 students) so every student gets personal attention. Online classes are also available for students outside of Central Florida.

Angel is bilingual and happy to provide instruction in both English and Spanish.

Bellydance Class FAQs

  • No! Angel's beginner classes require zero experience. If you're between beginner and intermediate, the beginner class is a great place to polish your technique before advancing.

  • Angel runs class sessions every other month. Each session is typically 4-8 weeks. Follow Angel on Instagram or sign up for email notifications to know when registration opens.

  • Yes! Drop-in options are available for intermediate and above levels at $22/class. Full sessions are more economical per class. Contact Angel to check availability.

  • Both! In-person classes are held in Orlando, FL. Online classes are taught live via Zoom on a separate day. Angel has students from over 20 countries.

  • Comfortable workout clothing — yoga pants or leggings and a fitted top work great. Bare feet or dance shoes. A hip scarf is fun but not required!

  • Yes! Angel is bilingual and happy to translate instructions for Spanish-speaking students.

 Fun Class Culture:

  1.       ALWAYS have fun! :-) My class is a fun and friendly space full of joy, love and friendship in a “down to earth” relaxed environment. 

  2.       Although most students communicate with questions through the comments during live classes, students are ALL welcome to call/text me on my cell during class for questions. 

  3.      For the Beginner Level Class (no experience necessary), if you are in between beginner and intermediate level, this is a great class for drilling, asking questions, polishing technique, etc. before moving on.

  4. My teaching style is to always encourage you to understand your own body and listen to your own body. Back off and rest when your body needs.

  5. Each student understands that they are responsible for their own health and safety. I (Angel Bellydance) am not liable for any injuries that may occur.

Payment policies:

  1. No refunds will be issued. HOWEVER missed class(es) may be made up in any of my online classes of same level or beginner, within 90 days of purchase (regardless of the amount of classes offered during said 90 days). 

  2.       No refunds or credits will be issued for tardiness. 

  3.       One payment is for 1 student only. Example: If you and your friend wish to take the class together in your home, TWO payments should be issued for that particular class.

Class Set up:

  1. You will have the easiest time learning if you are able to clear some space near your learning screen. This is also best for your safety.

  2. If you want technique pointers keep your video camera on. If you choose to you can have the video off.

  3. To see and follow me best, have your Zoom set to “speaker view.”

Class policies:

  1.       No recording, posting, sharing or performing class content unless authorized by me (Angel Bellydance). However, I usually allow students a moment to record THEMSELVES for practice/drilling purposes only. 

  2. In the event that I, G. Angel Roman (aka Angel Bellydance), grant permission of performing, posting, sharing, producing and/or teaching class combos, drills, choreography, etc. taught/created by me, Angel Bellydance, credits, tags, etc., must be displayed in text (if possible) and acknowledged verbally (if possible) to Angel Bellydance whether on social media, live stream, television, and or any live events/performances.

  3. In the event that I, G. Angel Roman (aka Angel Bellydance) grant permission of posting, performing, teaching, sharing and/or producing any combos, drills, choreography, etc. taught by Angel Bellydance, compensation to Angel Bellydance may apply. Rates will vary and must be discussed with Angel Bellydance via email or text.

  4. Parental consent is required for anyone under the age of 18 to participate in or purchase class.

  5. Inappropriate comments, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with policies are grounds for immediate dismissal with no refunds.
